4. Course purpose and outcomes
The purpose of this course is to support users in gaining clarity about their own motivations, interests, values, and preferences through structured reflection.
The course guides users to explore what attracts them, how they form attachments to those interests, and how they may shape an aspirational statement of direction, alongside identifying small, self-directed steps they may choose to take next.
All outcomes produced through the course, including aspirational statements and suggested next steps, are generated solely by the user based on their own reflection, experiences, and interpretation of the course material.
Early Careers Ltd does not provide personalised advice, recommendations, or instructions, and does not assess, validate, or determine the suitability of any outcome or decision formed through use of the course.
Responsibility for how course reflections are interpreted and applied, and for any decisions made as a result, remains solely with the user.

This course is designed for individuals aged between 16 and 30.
