Founded in 2017, Zinc has a unique approach to background checking, that’s redefining industry standards. We’re an early-stage startup going through rapid growth. The Role ?

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships and driving growth. Your responsibilities will include upselling our solutions, gathering feedback to enhance our products, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients. You’ll embody Zinc’s values of being Focused, Empowered, and Trusted in every interaction.

Requirements ?

For success in this role you will have prior experience in Sales or Account Management role and are looking for a client based role where you use your natural interpersonal skills to look after our clients.

? The Skills that will be most important in this role….

  • Fantastic communication skills. You will be emailing, video calling, presenting, calling etc. and dealing with potentially sensitive situations so the ability to communicate well through different mediums is crucial.
  • Impeccably structured, organised, and evidence-driven. You will be juggling lots of spinning plates once you are fully ramped so they ability to manage your workload is key and the ability to use data/evidence to communicate with clients will help you manage more challenging situations.

Package ?

  • £30,000 + OTE + Bonus

We appreciate the value of in person connection with colleagues and flexible working for our employees. We operate a hybrid model with 2 days a week in office, Mondays and Thursdays.

Interview Process ????

1. One-sided video interview (10 mins)

2. Screening interview with Talent Associate, Bel (30 mins)

3. Interview with Head of Account Management & Senior Account Manager. (45mins)

4. Final In-person interview with role play task. (1.5 hours)
