Recruitment Consultant

– IT / Tech recruitment (Consultants £22.5-30k, Senior Consultant £30-38k basic) dependent on track record, plus industry leading commission scheme (to 35%) + benefits.

We are a scale up business and are looking for more Recruitment Consultants to join our business in our Manchester office (Balloon Street).

Responsibilities:

Building and placing sustainable talent pools in your specialist markets

Business development and networking to generate new business

The development of existing accounts and positioning Xpertise as the benchmark supplier within your accounts

Building your personal brand via Xpertise tech community events

What are we looking for?

Sales or recruitment consultant experience

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

Competitive, determined and a resilient work ethic

Excellent communication skills and a love of networking

Limitless ambition and a real drive to be the best

Authentic and Professional with a strong team work ethic
