+ Becoming an expert in Job Logic to update customers on job quotes, times and invoicing

+ First response to customer calls and directing customers to the appropriate teams

+ Working collaboratively with the engineers to manage their diaries and align these with customer requirements

+ Using Navman to track engineers and manage booking times for customers

+ Using the World Play system to manage customer payments and invoicing

+ Using Xero to send invoices and save financial information for the engineers

+ Weekly reporting on KPIs using Excel and collating this to internal staff

+ Using Microsoft Packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook for email correspondence

+ Good customer service skills

+ Good communication

+ Microsoft package experience

+ Attention to detail, On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.

+ 12,480 – 16,770 per annum, Salary will be dependant on age.

Working hours:

+ 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
