The WEC Group have been delivering apprenticeships in Welding & fabrication since 2006 and have had major success in the delivery of said apprenticeships. In the role we are recruiting for, you will be delivering the L3 Plate Welder apprenticeship.

To ensure we remain successful we strongly believe investing in all our staff and strive for continuous professional development for all the academy team. We will ensure the successful applicant will receive and retain a CSWIP Assessor and Instructor qualification fully funded by the academy.
