Your Opportunity:

Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of mineral processing? WAI is on the hunt for a Graduate Metallurgist to join our expanding Mineral Processing team in Truro. Here, in our state-of-the-art laboratory, you’ll be at the forefront of metallurgical innovation. You’ll manage and execute testing programmes across all stages of project development, from initial Scoping to Full Feasibility, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mineral Processing, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
  • Knowledge of various mineral processing technologies, including flotation, leaching, gravity, and comminution
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting confidently with clients and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Experience in technical project management
  • Ambition to grow and develop professionally
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
