Salary Guide: £60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus

Our client is a highly profitable, private equity backed, international FMCG business with revenues approaching £1.5bn. Owning a portfolio of premium brands they primarily operate across the UK, Ireland, Germany, Italy and the Czech Republic along with smaller operations in other European nations. Having recently secured further investment from their Private Equity backers they are set to continue both organic and acquisitive growth as part of an ambitious buy and build strategy.

You will have a genuinely commercial role as a Head Office business partner to other key stakeholders within the brands across sales, marketing and operations. You will harness data analytics tools and Excel to provide accurate and timely management information supporting strategic, operational, and tactical decisions across the business.

The successful candidate for this Financial Analyst role will be a qualified accountant with a strong analytical skillset. As a key member of the finance team, you will be comfortable collaborating effectively across the wider Group. The role requires confidence in your technical ability and the strong communication skills needed to explain financial issues to non-financial staff.
