Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the council’s property portfolio, including commercial, residential, and public buildings.
  • Conduct property inspections and surveys, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support senior surveyors in valuations, acquisitions, disposals, and lease renewals.
  • Help maintain accurate property records and databases.
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to deliver efficient property services.
