What Youll Be Doing:

In your first 4-8 weeks, you will learn about the business, our clients, and their goals. You’ll immerse yourself in our sales department, mastering the skills you need to succeed. From there, you will transition into the recruitment side, interviewing, assessing, and providing feedback to candidates. You will build your own team and exceed our clients’ goals. With demonstrated success, you’ll have the opportunity to progress to campaign manager and then assistant manager.

  • Promoting Envision and our clients opportunities.
  • Updating the CRM system with sales activities, pipeline, and results.
  • Fully engaging with potential and existing customers at our events in a professional manner.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of our clients’ products and services, and take advantage of upselling opportunities whenever possible.
  • Interviewing and assessing potential candidates interested in sales roles.
  • Building rapport with and supporting candidates to find their ideal sales career.
