What Is On Offer:

The Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and candidates
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations
  • Managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and regulations related to finance and recruitment

The Requirements:

No candidate will meet single desired qualification. If your experience looks a little different from what we’ve identified and you think you can bring value to the role, we’d love to learn more about you!

  • Recently graduated with a 2:1 degree (or above) OR 1 years sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious nature and self-driven mindset
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Telephone based experience desirable
  • German speaking desirable
