What will you be doing?

– Daily office duties, dealing with phone calls, customer complaints, office supplies, filing

– Daily processing, inputting of data to Contract databases

– Preparation of service reports for Contract Operations Team and Client

– Validation and checking of tonnage data to ensure accuracy

– Use of relevant software

– Provide administrative cover for the Contract as and when required

– Liaison with the Client and external customers, responding to requests for information via email or on the phone

– Validating charges on sales invoices through checking of waste movements and tonnages
