Job description

This role is an opportunity to lead apprenticeship strategy and delivery at United Learning. Apprenticeships are a crucial part of our recruitment, retention and development strategy. Our aim is to be the provider of choice in the education sector; delivering excellent quality apprenticeship training, tailored to colleagues in educational and business support roles in schools and nurseries.

You will lead the provider team, securing excellence in delivery and defining and implementing our strategy for growth. You will be a leader within a thriving professional development function, with scope for impact across a national group of 100 schools and the education sector more broadly.

About you

You will be passionate about the potential of apprenticeships to create development pathways in schools. With proven experience of delivering adult education, you will have a bold vision for growth. You will be an experienced leader, with a track record of delivery and building teams.

Central Office staff work closely with schools, offering a wealth of expertise to underpin schools’ own knowledge.
