TRM is exclusively partnering with a business actively seeking 6 Trainees to join their team this summer who genuinely put their people first.

  • Offices in London, Houston, Malaysia (Yes, you can relocate to these offices after two years of service)

The Role as a Trainee

  • Initially working as a Trainee, your role will be primarily sourcing candidates for open job vacancies.
  • Headhunting
  • Cold – calling
  • Managing candidates through a job process.

The Training

  • Your training will be led by the CEO & Founders. You will also work alongside a performance coach who is dedicated to supporting mental health & driving a high-performing attitude.
  • There is a 12-week initial training scheme and ongoing training, development, and support throughout your time with the business.

Your First six months

  • 86% of Trainees are promoted within their first six months. There is a good chance this will be you.
  • Opportunity to qualify for their Lunch Clubs that are held monthly (Think London’s top restaurants)
  • Weekly Drinks in the office
