This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Travel Administrator to join their expanding travel team in North London.

This role would ideally suit someone looking to start a career in the travel industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of final travel documents, itineraries, travel vouchers, E-tickets and destination information
  • Ensure bookings for all services are in place and correct
  • Check and issue booking confirmation documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the operations team

Skills Required:

  • Previous travel industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Administration background
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised and methodical
  • Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Able to work as part of a small team
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work
  • Work within strict time-lines and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to support other team members
  • Happy to get involved in a wide range of tasks

Hours of work:

  • Monday to Friday: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm


This is an entry level role so the successful candidate can expect a starting salary of £21,000+ bonus and the opportunity for personal and professional development plus other fantastic company benefits
