The Best Connection are working with our client based in Thorne to recruit a Trainee Internal Sales & Business Development Executive.

This is a permanent position and will suit those who are self-motivated, ambitious, with entrepreneurial flair and a desire to work their way up to the top through hard work, success, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities Managing and growing sales with existing customers / Key accounts. Ability to generate leads, contact prospective customers via phone, email and visit them as & when needed for business development and other business matters. Prepare & submit sales reports. Be part of developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes Essential requirements Ideally have B2B Product-Sales knowledge and experience of handling / managing key accounts. Ideally have relevant qualifications at A’ Level or higher A confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, and service provider. A commercial, common-sense approach Ability work under pressure Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Willingness to learn the product & market. Demonstrate good sales-management skills in a B2B environment. Motivation to progress within the business Hours of work & Salary 8am – 4pm, Monday to Thursday, 8am – 3.30pm on Fridays Salary subject to age related national minimum wage 28 days annual leave per year, inclusive of bank holidays

Benefits & Requirements:
– Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
– 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
