Salary: £85+ per day, depending on experience

Our client is looking for a motivated and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their Secondary team starting in September. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting student learning and development while gaining valuable experience in education.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering lessons under the class teacher’s guidance
• Provide additional support to individual students or small groups
• Monitor student progress and give feedback to the class teacher
• Help with administrative tasks like preparing materials and marking
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as needed

Requirements:

• A strong passion for education and helping young people achieve their potential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is a plus, but not essential
