About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to support the students and teaching staff in a Secondary School in Lambeth. This is a full-time, long-term position, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the education sector.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.

Help with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.

Support students with additional needs, ensuring they have equal access to learning.

Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.

Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for all students.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

A strong desire to pursue a career in education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A proactive and positive attitude.

Previous child-based experience is preferred but not required.
