Responsibilities:

This role will provide assistance to the Support Engineers by helping with:

Laptop install & configuration

Support ticket triage and resolution of simple tickets

Salon visits to perform simple installation and trouble shooting

Creation and review of documentation

Research solutions to common problems

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development in the IT field
