Job Description

TML are partnered with a leading, regional property consultancy that specialises across commercial, residential and rural. Based out of their Dorking office, Our long-standing client is again, searching for the brightest graduates that the UK has to offer and to bolster their commercial department. Joining the commercial team of the business, you will work very closely with the director, shadowing and learning from them whilst engaging with other team members. Our client therefore requires ambitious, graduates who want to develop quickly in their quest to become a chartered surveyor.

You will work on varying caseloads from valuation, commercial agency to landlord and tenant work, property management and development giving you some excellent exposure to the fundamentals of property. This will put you in a brilliant position to pass your APC where my client holds a incredibly strong pass rate.

  • RICS Accredited Degree
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Desire to work towards MRICS status
