Job DescriptionTML are partnered with one of their outstanding clients in their search for a Graduate Building Surveyor. Our client are a well-established multi disciplinary consultancy looking to grow their London based offices. Our client, a true leader in their field with over 15+ offices UK wide is actively seeking a motivated graduate either fresh from their studies or with experience to join their fast growing team. Importantly being a chartered surveying practice you will be provided full support throughout the APC process, giving you the best chance to gain MRICS status.What will you be doing?The Consultancy boasts a strong reputation as a multidisciplinary firm, primarily handling projects in the, commercial, leisure, and education sectors. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be exposed to a diverse range of Building Surveying duties, including Contract Administration, Condition Surveys, Technical Due Diligence, and Dilapidations making it the ideal environment for your APC success. The ideal candidate should already be on their Building Surveying journey, having ideally acquired some relevant experience. However, fresh graduates with a strong passion for Building Surveying will also be considered.What do you need to be successful?To be eligible for this role, applicants must possess an RICS accredited degree. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, well-versed in Building Surveying practices, possess exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
