Role Overview:

As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across all key areas of our business, including:

• Quantity Surveying
• Buying
• Estimating
• Project Management
• Design

You will be rotated through each department, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the construction process from start to finish. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and structured environment, with the potential for rapid career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management.
• Support project teams in planning, executing, and closing construction projects.
• Collaborate with the buying department to manage supplier relationships and procurement.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to project design decisions.
• Work closely with site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Background: HNC, HND, or a degree in a construction-related field.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in the construction industry is highly desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
