The Company:

My client, founded in 2018, is a leading recruitment consultancy firm, specialising in their sector. Considering there are over 30,000 recruitment agencies in the UK, they’ve clearly made their mark. On track for yet another profitable year, they’re looking for 3 superstars to join their team.

Typically, you’d be paid commission off placing candidates. In this role you’ll be financially rewarded for interviews attended whilst you learn the ropes. Upon hitting 70K revenue in a year you’ll qualify for free financial advise from St. James’ Place.

Wanting to work hard for a better work-life balance? Upon hitting billing thresholds you’ll gain extra days of holiday. All expenses paid trips are included too for those target hitters. Ski trips, Barcelona, Amsterdamthe list goes on!

Gym goer? You’ll have access to subsidised gym membership and an extended lunch break.

You won’t be expected to have ANY experience so will have exposure to multiple of training resources, weekly 121s, weekly training sessions with their on-site trainer and working closely with the Director.

Benefits/What You Get:

• Basic salary of 24,000 (this will boost to 25K after probation)
• Average commission: Year 1 – 35,000, Year 2 – 50K-60K, Year 3 – 65K-80K (All Uncapped)

• Educated to degree level or relevant workplace experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious and driven – hit targets and progress
