Led by a team of comms experts, they thrive to help social enterprises and charities drive impactful campaigns. Graduate PR Account Executive (6 months contract, Salary: Circa £23,400 per annum pro rata, Location: Brighton)

**Potential to grow to a permanent full-time position** The successful candidate will be an exceptional writer, proficient in social media, and have a deep interest in the media, communications, and charity/social purpose sectors. Here’s what you’ll be doing: – Assisting the director in implementing integrated PR campaigns

– Drafting press releases and crafting pitches for news, features, and lifestyle media

– Liaising with clients, journalists, associates, and suppliers.

– Monitoring media coverage, creating coverage lists, and generating reports

– Creating and maintaining media lists, staying updated on industry changes, including new roles and media platforms

– Monitoring and scanning daily news and journalist requests

– Managing and growing the agency’s social media channels, including creating engaging content, templates, blogs, and articles

– Updating and maintaining the company’s website

– Performing various administrative duties About you: – A degree (preferably in public relations, communications, or journalism)

– Some experience in a business setting (PR, communications, or relevant experience such as managing a student society is highly valued)

– Strong writing skills and fluent communication abilities

– Good organizational skills, including email management and reporting

– Knowledge of copywriting and editing

– Understanding of social media platforms, including X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

– An interest in the charity and social purpose sector

– Basic design skills, with experience in creating templates using Canva or similar tools

– A willingness to learn and a genuine interest in current affairs

– Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

– Strong research and analytical skills

– The ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
