Our family-owned shoe manufacturing business specialise in 100% waterproof footwear. The products are directed towards the Marine & Equestrian trade. We have been making footwear for the Marine community for over 35 years and we are a family-owned business. You will learn from our friendly experienced staff and earn whilst doing so. You will be working alongside our Administrator Manger to help with the daily running of the business by completing admin work.

Main Role: [Will Include but not be limited to]

  • Assist in all financial matter including Bank Reconciliations
  • Assisting with the day-to-day office admin tasks
  • Completing daily invoicing by using and updating digital SAGE software
  • Debt Monitoring and collection
  • Posting invoices and payments
  • Creating monthly statements for our customers
  • Processing customers orders, queries, and credits promptly when necessary
  • Answering the phone
