Junior Account Manager

At ITG, we’re seeking a dedicated Junior Account Manager to join our Whitbread production team. This role focuses on managing artwork and print briefs, predominantly for one of our hospitality accounts, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer service is at the forefront of all activities, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Validate client-supplied information to ensure briefing accuracy, utilising our technology or offline spreadsheets.
  • Attend and lead both client and internal project meetings.
  • Oversee client and supplier critical path management.
  • Manage print on demand solutions, RFQs, and liaise with suppliers.
  • Handle work-in-progress management, timely invoicing, and month-end tasks.
  • Assist the wider team with content and production work.
  • Conduct store visits to check off and QC POS delivery, attend press passes/QC as required at print partners.
  • Provide regular weekly reports on WIP and current/future initiatives.
  • You will be service driven, putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.
  • Be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while prioritising your workload effectively.
  • You are a team player who is always eager to help others.
  • You’ll have demonstrated experience in print manufacturing or managing print projects.
  • You will think of innovative solutions for your clients and remain calm and confident in challenging situations
  • Be able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • You’ll be methodical and extremely organised, with great attention to detail
  • You are someone who is willing to learn new things and new technology.
  • Additionally, you will have good knowledge of Excel and hold a full driving license.
