Hours: Term-time only, usual school hours (+ occasional extra-curricular hours)

Teaching Personnel are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic educator who is passionate about learning and highly values the importance of physical activity and sports within the curriculum.

The post is open to male and females alike who possess sport coaching qualifications, either Level 3, degree, or national governing body coaching qualifications.

The successful candidate will:

–

Be able to manage a classroom in the absence of the usual class teacher, displaying a wide range of knowledge and skills to best support pupils in an array of subjects across the curriculum.

Engage and motivate pupils both in the classroom and during extra-curricular activities.

–

Be expected to work closely with the PE department in their running of extra-curricular clubs and fixtures.

Develop the confidence of learners both in the classroom and with their physical literacy.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
