Graduate Land Buyer

£27,000 – £40,000

An exciting new opportunity to work with a top developer based in Bristol working across the southern region region. After a successful 2023, they are now looking to expand the team with the addition of a Graduate Land Manager.

The role would focus on identifying, negotiating, and acquiring new sites across the southwest Region, you would report to the senior Land team and work closely with the other land managers and planning team to secure new sites and manage them through the development pipeline.

You will play a vital role in the early stages of the development process, contributing to the growth and success of our land portfolio. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will have a Land, Planning, or Development degree and be working for a Consultancy or a Housebuilder in a Junior / Graduate position.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Planning, Geography, Business, or a related field.

Previous experience in land acquisition, real estate, planning, or property development is preferred.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship skills.

Highly organised with excellent time management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
