During your training, you’ll gain hands-on experience in key areas such as:

  • Tender Process: Review drawings, analyse tenders, and negotiate with contractors.
  • S.I.T Budgets: Create and manage Excel SIT Budgets,?utilise?COINS SIT Budgets.
  • Order Placement: Chair meetings?and facilitate?COINS Order Placement.
  • Payments: Generate payment batches, address invoice queries,?and draft?certificates.
  • CVR: Conduct valuations, reconcile costs and?compile?comprehensive reports.
  • Subcontractor Management: Cultivate relationships, manage accounts and?understand?pricing structures.

What you will need:

  • A 2:1 Degree in a Built Environment or Construction Related Course
  • Full UK Drivers License
  • A Willingness to travel around your area
  • Full indefinite UK working rights
