We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Technical Team and play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our external consultant team through all stages of project procurement. This includes Land & Planning, Commercial, Production, Sales, and Adoptions. You’ll actively support the Project team and ensure smooth project execution whilst gaining valuable experience on real-world projects.

You will gain experience in

Health, safety & environment

  • Implement and comply with CDM/EMS regulations.
  • Mitigate design risks and fulfil Designer responsibilities under CDM.
  • Ensure environmental and ecological considerations are integrated into designs.

Land, planning & community engagement

  • Manage community consultations and planning applications.
  • Negotiate planning agreements and clear planning conditions.
  • Oversee design and approval processes for new developments.

Pre-development management

  • Prepare for and attend key project meetings.
  • Coordinate design tenders and maintain design programmes.
  • Secure Building Regulations Approvals and manage supplier information.

Development management

  • Coordinate with the Engineering team to meet all approval standards.
  • Stay updated on legislation and provide feedback on product designs.
  • Assist the production team and manage design documentation.
  • Monitor construction progress and resolve issues for timely completion.

What you will need

  • A 2:1 Degree in a Built Environment or Construction Related Course
  • A Driving License
  • A Willingness to travel around your area
  • Full indefinite UK working rights
