You will be joining a top-ranked Legal500 and Chambers Practice, focusing on complex private and public securitizations with regard to ABS, on a range of asset classes (incl. credit card receivables and auto loans, esoteric receivables and other asset backed/NAV facilities) for mainstream banks, PE funds and alternative lenders. Although the focus of the role is on ABS, the team does also have leading CLOs and RMBS practices that you can get further exposure to.

This is one of the only leading NY firms to have built strong reputation in this market and you will work alongside three partners, all of them ranked in the legal directories and with an impressive roster of clients. In addition, there’s realistic promotional prospects and cravath scale compensation.

You would need to have at 1-3 years worth of post-qualifying experience within structured finance (focus on ABS) from a leading practice (US,MC,SC,International) as UK Qualified lawyer.
