Based in Fulham, West London, our dynamic team comprises of chefs, product developers, marketers, project managers, food consultants, and business administrators. Our office is equipped with a development kitchen, photography workshop, and an open-plan workspace. Over the past seven years, we’ve experienced rapid growth, and have exciting plans for the future!

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally, you have at least one year of experience in a fast-paced office or kitchen environment.

You thrive under pressure and collaborate seamlessly within a professional team.

Multitasking is second nature to you, and you can efficiently manage your workload.

Comfortable designing and managing various databases.

·

No job is too big or too small for you to tackle.

·

You’re eager to learn and embrace new skills and work methodologies.

Exceptional interpersonal skills are your forte.

·

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite is ideal.

Your Role

As a Tastehead intern, you’ll play a pivotal role in our office team, contributing to the coordination of active projects and overseeing essential day-to-day office tasks.

Procurement Support

Develop, hone and execute new and improved procurement strategies across all channels of purchasing and manufacturer sourcing.

Build and develop strong relationships with our suppliers, co-manufacturers and other key partners.

Source new suppliers and co-manufacturers, for the UK, EU and rest of the world.

Research and source innovative new ingredients, packaging, equipment and other materials.

Finalise pricing and supplier contracts.

Assist with creating policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation.

Support with carrying out kitchen testing on new and innovative ingredients from suppliers.

Help manage project timelines and critical paths alongside the product development team.

Offering general administrative support.
