Job Title: Graduate Service Desk Analyst

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve IT service requests and incidents via phone, email, and in-person.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff and follow up to ensure resolution.

Maintain accurate records of incidents and service requests in the IT service management system.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure user satisfaction.

Assist with the setup and configuration of new equipment and user accounts.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share ideas for enhancing IT service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

An individual who has with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

A passion for technology and a willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
