The SEA Graduate scheme is a two-year programme starting in September 2024, designed to give you real responsibility from day one. It will provide you with general operational, customer, commercial and people management exposure in key areas with smaller rotations across Production, Business Development, Project Management, Supply Chain and Finance to build on your broader skills.

As an SEA Graduate you will have the opportunity to become involved in real live client projects, learning as you go and making decisions that impact our business. You will have supported training workshops and development mentoring sessions to equip you with the skills you need to progress and develop your career within SEA. We believe this is the best way to give you the knowledge and experience you need to grow, unlock your talents, and prove your capabilities.

As an SEA Business Graduate you will work across our core business areas developing your Commercial and Management skills across Business Development, Finance, Project Management and Supply Chain to understand how our business operates to help shape our future strategy to become a future leader.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working on a wide range of customer projects, helping to deliver projects, and liaise with customers
  • Conducting market research, analysing data and producing reports to help support future strategy
  • Working on commercial bids and documentation
  • Seeking and share good practice and knowledge locally to continuously improve own practices.
  • Providing input to Company standards to continuous improvement activities

The skills you need

  • A Business Studies degree or similar
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong commercial aptitude, analytical ability and a curious and creative mindset.
  • Self-starter, proactive to take initiative and challenge the status quo to drive change in our business
