The High-Performance Entry Level Sales and Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting our sales and operations teams in achieving their goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales and operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and managing customer inquiries. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data and performance metrics. Prepare reports and presentations to provide insights to sales leadership and support decision-making.
  • Sales Process Optimisation: Assist in the documentation and optimisation of sales processes and procedures. Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Support the management of customer relationships, including maintaining customer records, tracking customer interactions, and ensuring timely follow-up on customer inquiries and requests.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and customer support, to support sales and operations initiatives. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills and knowledge in sales and operations. Take initiative in seeking learning opportunities and actively contribute to personal and professional growth.
