Based in Henley-in-Arden, our client is seeking a Client Services Advisor to join the team.

If you have a keen eye for detail, great communication skills and are passionate about quality and technology we’d like to meet you.

You will be part of a market leading fintech business who are focused on delivering a better client experience, financial advisers, wealth managers and discretionary fund managers.

The position is focused on delivering exceptional client service and strong written and verbal skills are needed. Enthusiasm and great communication are extremely important.

Skills Required:

A willingness to learn

Effective communication skills to both technical and non-technical users;

Initiative and tenacity in problem solving;

A positive and motivated attitude;

Strong English & mathematics.

The role includes:

Recording details of each call or email received on the service desk, categorising and prioritising the incidents, endeavouring to provide a first-time call fix;

Responding to clients with a phone-first approach where we talk with clients first and follow-up via email.

Liaising with our product development team for solutions to more complex queries;

Proactively communicating with our clients to help drive adoption;

ROLE: Client Services Advisor

LOCATION: Henley-in-Arden – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

SALARY: £24,000
