WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE

Headhunting – Sourcing candidates for client’s roles

Writing adverts – Using a number of tools to attract suitable candidates

Leading first stage interviews with candidates – Guiding them through the process

Providing feedback – Creating a seamless experience both candidates and clients

Stakeholder management – Maintaining strong communication and building strong relationships

Business Development – Cold calling prospective clients
