About the Role: As an entry level recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Cold calling to win new business
  • Writing adverts
  • Screening CVs
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Negotiating terms of business
  • Maintaining successful client relationships
  • Hitting targets and celebrating your success each month!

The Rewards:

  • £24k salary plus uncapped commission, with an initial set fee per placement of £250 and a percentage scale when you are promoted.

About You: Successful candidates will be:

  • Educated individuals, preferably degree level with experience being favourable but not essential.
