SALARY: 23k basic + OTE (45k in year 1, 50-70k in year 2, 70k+ in year 3)

• Leading First Stage Interviews: Guiding candidates through the process.
• Providing Feedback: Ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintaining strong communication and building solid relationships.
• Business Development: Cold calling prospective clients.
