Our client, a trading company in the heart of London, is looking to hire a Junior Advisor to join them on a full time basis.

ROLE:

HR Assistant

WHERE:

Central London (Holborn area)

WHEN:

Monday – Friday / 09:30 – 17:30 / 3 days in office

SALARY:

£35,000 – £45,000 per annum

BENEFITS: Generous bonus

You will be looking to join a very dynamic and rapidly expanding business where you can really add value and be a No.2 to the Head of HR. You will be the first point of contact for around 100 members of staff for anything HR related!

The HR function needs a lot of work to get it where it needs to be, and this will be a labour of love as you go on a journey with the business and get to know the team. You can expect to help with everything from creating templates and documents, to kick-starting Graduate programmes and undertaking projects around DE&I and recruitment. There is plenty to get your teeth stuck into and no two days will be the same.

WHAT’S NEEDED:

• Previous HR experience
• Experience within an international derivatives company – desirable
• 3+ years experience in a HR role
• Team player and dynamic thinker
