Strettons is a leading, independent firm of property advisors with more than 100 colleagues.. Our core teams include, management, commercial and industrial agency, property auctions, property & asset management and valuation & advisory services.

There is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional graduate to join our diverse Property Management team in Leytonstone, E11.

Key responsibilities:

Lease analysis

Asset management

Debt collection

Property inspections

Communication with tenants, contractors and reporting to clients.

Administrative duties

There could also be an opportunity to gain Landlord & Tenant experience, with responsibility for your own portfolio likely to be given, at an early stage during your career with us.

The successful candidate will work in a small team reporting to a Chartered Surveyor and overseen by a director. The role is a full-time position (Mon-Fri, 9.00-17.30) and full APC graduate training will be provided. Strettons’ APC graduate scheme offers a tailored and varied experience.
