The opportunity:  

  • You will gain exposure to a wide range of clients you will have access to a variety of experts within the business and the chance to learn the core skills needed to build a foundational understanding regarding a fulfilling career in strategic communications consultancy.  
  • Our structure allows you to gain experience in multiple disciplines, including media relations, financial communications, government affairs and strategy and research – helping you develop the knowledge needed to deliver for clients in a truly integrated way.  
  • You will have access to the wider Talent Development offering, led by our in-house dedicated Talent Development team of learning specialists, to ensure that you are able to develop the key professional skills to succeed and flourish in your role.  

Please note that this role may occasionally require early mornings or late evenings when financial results are announced on the stock exchange. As part of our flexible working policy, you will have the opportunity to start later or finish earlier to recover this time.

 We are looking for anyone with:  

  • An interest in strategic communications 
  • An eagerness for variety and a flexible approach to leveraging your skillset 
  • The ability to be proactive and self-starting.  
  • A willingness to learn  
  • On track to graduate by September 2025 with any degree discipline and grade.
