Job Description

Your responsibilities:

Develop and maintain regular reporting, whilst working closely with our analysts to develop relevant insights and performance summaries, creating transparency on internal KPIs and recent market developments and long-term trends.

Support in our job growth initiative in conjunction with our programme manager by assisting in day to tasks, helping us in achieving our mission to have the right job for everyone, by developing our job segmentation strategy

Develop competitor insights, touching on multiple business areas

Interact closely with our sales customer success colleagues to understand client performance and support in individual requests

Support in driving our reporting and insights framework in multiple areas including marketing, product and Brand (connecting the dots to our overall performance and marketplace health)

Assist the Marketplace team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Conduct market research to identify trends and insights relevant to the job market.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

Assist in data entry and analysis to track marketplace performance metrics.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or recent graduate

any marketing background gained within this a major plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Data driven and passionate about numbers (to be demonstrated)

Support and training will be provided, but ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment also critical

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Passion for the job market and eagerness to learn about online marketplaces.
