+ Being a first point of contact for customers, by phone or email, and providing solutions to tailored needs.

+ Booking in appointments through our bespoke booking systems.

+ Monitor and update our Goldvision CRM with client information.

+ Managing a centralised email inbox on Microsoft outlook.

+ Working collaboratively with the wider team to improve digital tools for efficiency.

+ Schedule and manage appointments for domiciliary visits.

+ Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.

+ Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

+ By the end of your apprenticeship, you will be fluent in Microsoft packages and our Goldvision CRM.

+ A keen interest in starting a long term career.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

+ Salary – 14,000 per annum

+ Working hours – 40 hours per week,9am -5:30pm Mon-Fri – 30 mins lunch, + 28 days Annual Leave
