What you’ll do:

Learn to be a kitchen star and plan all operations and training for the production team

Trained to direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods

Develop to plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts

Be a keen learner to train, guide and develop

Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations

Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
