We are looking for a talented legal trainee to join our team at societe generale!

Are you a recent LPC graduate or do you hold a UK law degree? Do you have a strong background in banking and finance law? If so, we want to hear from you! As a Legal Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with our Global Markets team in London, providing legal support on market transactions. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and drafting legal documentation for derivatives transactions, securities issuance, and distribution agreements. You will also provide advice to our sales, trading, and structuring desks on securities issuance and derivatives business.

Profile required

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent written and spoken English skills, with French speaking skills being advantageous. You should also have good research and analytical skills, as well as the ability to summarise and present information effectively.
