Requirements:
Possess a formal culinary education, with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine
Demonstrated success as a Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef or similar role within high-end fine dining establishments
Proficiency in preparing intricate and exquisite Mediterranean recipes with precision and creativity
Versatility in utilizing various cooking techniques to create diverse and flavorful dishes
Excellent communication skills to foster a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment
