Job Description

The Position holder is responsible for the tasks assigned, functions as an intern, and assists in the ongoing supply chain & infrastructure related projects/initiatives. The position reports to the EUR Process Improvement Manager under the Supply chain and Infrastructure function.

Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, well organized and work well in teams.

Responsibilities

Responsible for completing assigned project(s) related tasks.

Develop and implement communications.

Keep abreast of all developments in the function.

Monitor progress of assigned tasks/initiatives.

Develop extensive relationships with other stakeholders to enable successful completion of projects

Interface with team members, management and stakeholders from other functions and geographies as needed.

Build an effective plan or proposal for assigned tasks/projects.

Duration

12 Months

Qualifications

Degree and qualification level – Graduate

Min. 2 years of experience working as part of team or leading projects in the university or at work

Knowledge of specific systems – Microsoft office suite of services including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Sway.

Desirable experience/skills/languages any experience related to supply chain, infrastructure and/or sustainability projects would be a plus
