Job Description :

Skillcrown is seeking a dynamic and motivated Trainee Land Buyer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to kick-start their career in land acquisition and property development. As a Trainee Land Buyer, you will work closely with our experienced Land and Development Director to identify, evaluate and secure land for residential development.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in identifying potential land acquisition opportunities through research, networking and market analysis.

Conduct site visits and assess the suitability of sites for development.

Support the preparation of financial appraisals and feasibility studies.

Liaise with landowners, agents, local authorities and other stakeholders.

Assist in negotiating terms and conditions for land acquisitions.

Maintain up-to-date records of all land opportunities and transactions.

Support the planning application process by coordinating with internal and external teams.

Keep abreast of industry trends, local planning policies and market conditions.

Requirements :

A keen interest in property development and the residential market.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

A valid UK driving license is desirable.
