You are a bench lab scientist who has handled tissue samples (preferably brain and spinal cord tissue) and utilised histology and molecular biology techniques.

We are working with a Hammersmith, London based start-up who in the lab, with their proprietary technology, can effectively model neural circuits to significantly increase the translatability of their research – and discovery more success gene therapies as a result. This revolutionary biotech is looking to hire a Junior Scientist of Histology to deliver hands-on research in the lab, and advance new therapies for patients.

You will utilise your hands-on histology skills and expertise to drive important projects forward in the lab. This is a small team, where you will be very visible (including to C-suite), have a real impact, and collaborate with exceptional neuroscientists. Being part of a small but punchy team means your personal development will be incredibly important to the company, and you will have real learning opportunities.
