At Siemens Energy, our people are our greatest asset. As a Junior Digital Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our Aeroderivative Gas Turbine (AGT) organization, driving digital projects from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams, manage project plans, and ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate: Work with multidisciplinary and global teams, including IT, engineering, and third-party vendors.
• Plan: Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans, ensuring technical feasibility and capturing business requirements.
• Execute: Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Communicate: Keep stakeholders informed with regular status reports and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
• Manage Risks: Perform risk management to minimize project risks and handle change requests effectively.
• Document: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Improve: Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• Some experience in project management within the digital or IT sectors.
• Knowledge of project management principles and tools (waterfall, agile, or hybrid).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• A good understanding of digital/IT technologies and architecture.
• Familiarity with project management software and best practices.
• A motivated mindset and a can-do attitude.
